Seriously they made 1000000 of mistakes. You could probably count the things they did right on one hand but the hands of the whole population of China wouldn't be enough to count the mistakes.
Ofc they had to leave a lot of stuff out of the movie but they skipped some important things like when Harry was going to grimmauld place through Umbridge's fire. Neville, Luna and Ginny was caught doing what?! In the books they made a diversion but in the film they just was there? WTF?! Ron and Hermione was also part of the diversion and was not with Harry. And what happend to Quiditch?
There was some big mistakes like that Cho didn't tell Umbridge about the DA and what's with the room of requirements Neville just happend to find it? It's supposed to appear when you really need something. What did Neville need? In the books Dobby the houself told Harry about the room of requirements and Harry did the speech of what it was not Hermione.
I feel robbed I went to see a movie based on the books and they did so much wrong. I'll list some of the mistakes made in the first 10 min below.
-Harry was alone with Dudley at the playground in the beginning.
-The Dementors attacked them in an alley not in a tunnel and later you found out in the books that Umbridge sent them on Harry.
-The letter Harry got was not a Howler in the book just a simple letter and in the letter it said he was expelled and 2 ppl from the ministry would show up at his door in a few min to destroy his wand. He then received a letter from Dumbledore telling him not give them his wand and that he was gonna talk to the ministry. A few minutes later he received a letter from the ministry telling him he would not have his wand destroyed but to attend a hearing in August. Oh and Dumbledore sent a howler to Petunia to prevent them from kicking Harry out of the house.
-The Dursley's left their house looking like they were going to a hospital but the order of the phoenix sent a letter telling them they had won a competition.
-not a big deal really but they were not flying 5 meters above ground they was pretty high up.
-Wasn't number 12 Grimmauld place a house not a big building?
-To even see number 12 grimmauld place you need to be told by the keeper of the Order and that's Dumbledore. In the books Dumbledore told Harry in a letter.
-I am not 100% sure but I think Moody showed the picture of the old Order of the phoenix on the first few days Harry spent in the headquarters, Sirious did not show it to him in the train station.
That's some of the mistakes made in the first 10 min or so of the movie probably forgot some and there are hundreds more made later in the movie.
I would give this 4/10 to compare the 4th movie would probably be 5/10. Reasons are all the mistakes and they left some important parts out of the film and some of the acting sucked. There was nothing really special in the film, no uber special effects or stuff like that and while we are speaking of special effects, the effect when Sirius talked through the fire was not the same as in the 4th film.
All my friends agreed it sucked even those who haven't even read the book.
Don't pay to see this film! I usually don't say that but I really feel this was a waste of money much better to dl a cam version. This film does not deserved to be viewed in quality!

The film version of the fifth novel in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series arrives day-and-date and although a full press release has not yet been issued (making the final features still TBC), we do know that in addition to the DVD extras the HD DVD release will also offer exclusive interactive features including an In-Movie Experience, create your own clip and web-enabled features.
Extras on both Blu-ray Disc and HD DVD include:
Additional Scenes: 10 minutes of never before seen footage
A&E documentary - In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, mystery pervades every corner of the story. Take a thrilling look back through the previous movies in search of clues to the mysteries of the Harry Potter saga.
Trailing Tonks - Spend a day with Actress Nat Tena and receive a very personal and often wacky tour of the Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix stages.
Focus Points - Enjoy these fun and fascinating "making of" featurettes to discover just what is involved to create those amazing scenes and characters.

Additional extras on HD DVD include:
In Movie Experience - Join the cast from Dumbledore’s Army as they come together to share memorable moments.
Pick Your Favourite Scenes - Assemble your favourite clips from the movie, create your montage.
Web-Enabled Features- synchronized playback event, mobile downloads.
Tech specs are still unclear, but in an unexpected move it currently appears that the HD DVD release will not be a combo, while tentative audio specs suggest Dolby Digital Plus English and French and a Music-Only track on HD DVD.
Once again these features are subject to change, particularly the audio specs which are incomplete at this time.
Also set for release the same day is the Harry Potter Limited Edition Giftset, which includes Harry Potters Years 1-5 in one set. Exact content on the BD and HD DVD versions of this set are still TBC, but it’s likely you can expect the same luxury packaging and bonus items as the DVD release. Retail is $149.99 SRP each.
Again, we’re still waiting on the full press release for these titles but initial information suggests that the first four Harry Potter films will also be available separately priced at $29.99 SRP each.
