Thank you for your enquiry, please accept my apologies for the delay in this response, we are still experiencing unprecedented volumes at the moment.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues with your receiver. Could you please carry out the below re-initialisation procedures on the receiver:
FACTORY INITIALISATION

USER INITIALISATION MODE
With the unit in standby, press and hold GAME & A-DSX simultaneously
While holding these buttons, power on the unit
The front display will begin flashing, and at this point, release the buttons
As well as the microprocessor reset, this will also cause the network module in the receiver to be initialised.
