Jag ställde frågor om detta och lite annat om filmer som ej kan spelas och så direkt till OPPO support och fick svar enl nedan.
Vad ska man tro om deras svar??Låter ju som det kanske är mera oväsen nu pga plast i sidor på släden tex...Men hur mkt är det?

The loader in the player is the same loader that is used in the BDP-10x series of players, but due to the sides of the player being plastic (for WiFi reception) and the back panel of the player has vents (for heat dissipation), the loader will make more noise because it is not as shielded as the previous players which had an all metal chassis and no vents.
The disc tray has not been changed, so any complaints about the loader making noise when ejecting or closing should have been the same complaints for the BDP-10x series of players.
Most customers are not having issues with the MediaControl application, so the negative reviews are not something that we can directly comment on. But we are always looking for ways to improve the performance of the application through additional software and firmware upgrades.
Most players will not be on the forums because they are happy with their purchase, so it is not that uncommon that the only reports you see on the forums are due to customers having issues, despite the vast majority of customers not having problems. But in terms of our firmware, we try to release firmware every 3 to 4 months to add features, enhance features, and to fix bugs.
There are no current plans on making a replacement to the UDP-20x series of players as they are barely a year old.
It is rare that a film will not work with the player, and even rarer that we have to make a firmware to address playback issues. Blade Runner 2024 issues are exceptions, not the rule, so you should not expect much, of any, media playback issues with the player.
So summarize, all the comments that you have seen about the UDP-20x players is pretty much identical to what we see with any product release we have made. The vast majority of customers are too busy enjoying their purchase, so the only comments you see are going to be the negative ones that usually have a resolution that does not require that we release new players or firmware to address them.
