Jo jag har provat det också. Det gör ingen skillnad, jag misstänker att man måste komma in till inställningarna för att kunna göra nåt med det serviceläget.
Jag ska prova att mejla usa-supporten.
Du bor möjligtvis inte i närheten av Strängnäs?
Så, nu är det skickat:
"Hello. I know this product is not supported in Sweden but I know people are using it here so it should be possible.
I am trying to set this product up for the first time but i get an error while trying.
This is what I do.
Connect the Link to a power source. (The diode on the Link then has a permanent red light).
Connect the Link to my computer using the USB-cable.
Go to [link removed] and login with my user [link removed]
A new window is opened:
"Welcome Alex. Let's set up your Harmony Link"
I choose "Next"
For halv a second a popup is shown saying I should connect the Link to my computer, then it disappears and a new popup is shown saying:
"Communication Error
Please sign in again to continue
An unknown error has occured. If you want you can send an error report to us, which will treat as confidential."
I have sent that report many many times.
I get this error every time, so I never get to Wi-Fi setup.
I have tried this on Win7-64bit with Chrome and IE. Win7-32bit with Chrome and IE. Connected to my phones Wifi-hotspot (so no firewall there). At a friends appartment using WinXP.
I also tried connecting through VPN-tunnels with an american IP but no luck there either.
I have also tried holding the button on the botton of the Link for +15 seconds so the red light starts blinking but I get the same error.
Please please help me with this, I really want this product to work.
