Tune in during gamescom 2017 for live Super Mario Odyssey and Metroid: Samus Returns presentations

The Nintendo booth at gamescom 2017 is set to showcase some of this year’s biggest games for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS family systems, and we’ll be livestreaming some of those titles on YouTube and our gamescom 2017 website in English.

Hungry for more footage of Super Mario Odyssey for Nintendo Switch? On Wednesday 23rd August at 14:00 BST, get a fresh look at gameplay with a special developer talk from producer Yoshiaki Koizumi. Attendees in Cologne, Germany, will also be able to play in the Metro Kingdom and Sand Kingdom ahead of the game’s launch on October 27th.

Metroid: Samus Returns enters the limelight on Thursday 24th August at 11:00 BST, with producer Yoshio Sakamoto and José Luis Márquez, creative director of developer MercurySteam, taking to the stage to showcase Samus Aran’s upcoming adventure on Nintendo 3DS family systems. A special orange New Nintendo 3DS XL Samus Edition arrives alongside the game on September 15th.

On top of this, live presentations featuring product experts from Nintendo of Europe will also give detailed looks at previously announced titles for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS family systems, including Fire Emblem Warriors and Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Stay tuned for the full schedule in the coming weeks.

Visitors to the Nintendo booth in Hall 9 will be able to get their hands on a range of titles for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS family systems. Super Mario Odyssey, Pokkén Tournament DX, Fire Emblem Warriors, Mario + Rabbids® Kingdom Battle, plus the recently released ARMS and Splatoon 2, will all be playable on Nintendo Switch. Meanwhile on Nintendo 3DS , Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser’s Minions, Monster Hunter Stories™, and Metroid: Samus Returns will be ready to play.

Nights of Azure 2 details battle party and level up system

Koei Tecmo has shared new information, video, and screenshots of Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon, which detail the game’s main cast of battle party and level up system. Players will explore dungeons, fight alongside allies, and utilize the various ability of friendly Fiends to get out of tough situations.

In Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon, players will encounter a number of unique and dastardly fiends and will have to rely on their close bonds with their companions to emerge victorious. The battle party will always be comprised of Aluche, the player’s character, an NPC of her choice, and up to two Servans. Each team member will bring a unique selection of skills to the equation, ranging from different fighting styles and weapons to the beautiful Lily Burst, a power-up that combines the extraordinary abilities of Aluche and her humanoid companion into one devastating blow.

Aluche’s Servan allies are also useful assets to the team, with their incredible Servan Actions, which can help turn the tide of battle in her favor! The invaluable Tricker types are able to gain an advantage by unleashing their elemental abilities, dealing critical status effects to their foes. One such Tricker is the mighty canine companion, Scharf, who sends electrified spheres onto the battlefield to paralyze and inflict lasting damage on enemies! Trickers can change form as they evolve, and can grow more powerful through Reincarnation, which drastically increases their stats, allowing them to access new types of attacks and unlock incredible abilities.

As for the player-controlled Aluche, she soon discovers that the blood of slain fiends can be used to heighten her body’s strength, and players are able to choose new abilities fitting their preferred play-style from a wide selection of varied combat styles!

To further detail the exciting combat and diverse evolutions featured in Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon, Koei Tecmo America has released a compelling new trailer which will introduce the diverse cast of characters that Aluche will meet along her journey. There is also a first look at new character Eleanor Ernest, the lively and passionate chocolatier, and a fresh look at a familiar face: Christophorus, the mysterious pure-blooded demon who returns from Nights of Azure. Both will bring their unique talents to bear in effort to aid Aluche in her fight against the Moon Queen.”

Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon will launch for PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and Switch in Japan on August 31, and for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC on October 24 in North America and October 27 in Europe.

Ni har inte spelat Smash Bros så ni vet inte hur mycket av en klon det är, men de har kopierat attackerna/rörelserna exakt på vissa karaktärer. Det är skins i stort sett.

 

Så svaret på frågan är ett givet ja.

 

Oceanhorn är en genialisk ny design i jämförelse (och det är ju också en klon).

 

 

Och PSABR är ingen klon, det har många egna idéer och ett helt annat koncept. Man får nog ha spelat spelen för att veta vad jag pratar om.

 

 

När man inte ens kan göra sin egen logo liksom.

Bandai Namco Promises Steady And Continuous Nintendo Switch Support

Good news for Nintendo Switch owners today as Bandai Namco have pledged their undivided support for the platform. Speaking to investors the company said that they are planning to bring a number of undisclosed games to Nintendo’s latest system.

The more the merrier för min del , sen är det smaken som baken...personligen har jag inte fastnat för Smash serien men jag förstår att det finns många som längtar efter DX edition eller ett helt nytt spel i serien och kommer aldrig att nöja sig med "kloner".

Unruly Heroes To Bring Monkey Magic To Switch Next Year

We've just received word from Magic Design Studios - attending Gamescom this week - that its upcoming game Unruly Heroes will be headed to the Switch in 2018.

Unruly Heroes is a action-adventure platformer 2D game enriched by combat and other surprising gameplay. The game is inspired by the famous Chinese legend 'A Journey To The West', otherwise known as Monkey King.

The French company has team members who previously worked at Ubisoft on such tiles as Rayman, Rabbids and Assassin's Creed.

With local co-op for up to 4 players and many different worlds to discover, this upcoming platforming looks like one to keep your eye on.
