Men en del av det som tidigare var perks ligger nu som weapon attatchments så det blir lite annorlunda...
PerksPerk slot 1
Lightweight
Allows you to move faster than normal. You also take no damage from falling.
Flak Jacket
You take less explosive damage, which allows you to survive (at full health) most explosive weapons that are used directly against you.
Blind Eye
AI-controlled air support Scorestreaks can't detect you. Some air support Scorestreaks can be player-controlled at
anytime, which means they are still able to attack you if the AI is overridden.
Hardline
Allows you to earn
bonus points for each action you take, which in turn earns you Scorestreak rewards faster. For example, capturing an enemy flag gives you 200 points, but with Hardline you get 250 points.
Ghost
Enemy UAV's can't detect you
while moving, but if you stop, you'll show up on the enemy radar.
Perk Slot 2 Hard Wired
This perk makes you immune to enemy Counter UAV's and EMPs, which is pretty much the same as the Assassin Pro perk from Modern Warfare 3. While the EMP doesn't affect you, you still can't call in Scorestreak rewards.
Scavenger
Allows you to replenish ammo and grenades from enemies that weren't killed with explosives. Killed enemies leave Scavenger bags that can be picked up.
Cold Blooded
Makes you invisible to enemy targeting systems, which include equipment such as the Dual Band, Target Finder, Sensor Grenade, and MMS. Enemy player-controlled air support Scorestreak rewards also can't target you normally.
Fast Hands
Allows you to swap your weapons faster than normal - equipment and grenades can also be used faster. You can also safely throw back enemy grenades.
Toughness
With this perk you flinch less when shot by the enemy.
Perk Slot 3 Dexterity
Makes you climb ladders and mantle over obstacles, such as gates, 50% faster than normal. You can also aim faster after sprinting and recover quicker from melee strikes.
Engineer
Allows you to see all enemy equipment glow red through walls. This perk also delays enemy explosives that were triggered by you.
You can also booby trap Care Packages or re-roll the Care Packages content and hope that it contains something better.
Dead Silence
Makes you more silent by reducing the sound made by your footsteps, jumps, and falls.
Extreme Conditioning
Allows you to sprint 2x longer than normal, which gains you a significant field advantage.
Tactical Mask
Makes you more immune to Flash and Concussion grenades, including Shock Charges. This only reduces the effect and doesn't mitigate them completely.
Awareness
Makes enemies at least 4x louder than normal. This allows you to hear their footsteps easier when they get closer to you.
WildcardsYou can also optionally choose up to 3 Wildcards for your class, which in turn give various options to customize your class even further. For example, by default your primary weapon can be equipped with 2 attachments, but with the Primary Gunfighter Wildcard the weapon can be equipped with 3 attachments.
Each Wildcard uses 1 allocation point.
NOTE: Some Wildcards, like the perk greed, "require" you to select an additional perk, which also uses 1 extra point. If you want to have 6 perks, the first 3 perks require 3 points, after that each additional one requires 2 points (1 for the Wildcard + 1 for the perk), for a total of 9 allocation points - this of course leaves you only with 1 point to spend on a weapon.
Primary Gunfighter
Allows you to equip a 3rd attachment to your primary weapon.
Secondary Gunfighter
Allows you to equip a 2nd attachment to your secondary weapon.
Overkill
Allows you to use your primary weapon as a secondary weapon.
Perk 1 Greed
Allows you to choose 1 extra perk to the Perk 1 slot.
Perk 2 Greed
Allows you to choose 1 extra perk to the Perk 2 slot.
Perk 3 Greed
Allows you to choose 1 extra perk to the Perk 3 slot.
Danger Close
Allows you to take a second Lethal equipment.
Tactician
Allows you to choose a Tactical grenade in place of your Lethal grenade. This Wildcard doesn't allow you to carry any Lethal equipment.

ACOG
The ACOG (Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight) provides enhanced zoom at the cost of a slightly slower ADS time.
ADJUSTABLE STOCK
Allows you to move faster while aiming your weapon.
BALLISTICS CPU
Reduces your weapons idle sway when aiming.
DUAL BAND
Night vision scope with interlaced thermal overlay.
DUAL WIELD
Works like AKIMBO from the Modern Warfare series. DUAL WIELD allows you to equip 2 pistols, one in each hand, but you lose the ability to aim down the sight.
EXTENDED CLIP
Increases the ammo available to your magazine by 50%.
FAST MAG
Decreases the time it takes for you to reload your weapon. Every other reload is faster than normal, since 2 magazines are taped together.
FMJ
The FMJ (Full Metal Jacket) allows your weapons bullets to penetrate thicker surfaces.
FORE GRIP
Reduces your weapons recoil.
GRENADE LAUNCHER
Allows you to shoot grenades. It's a useful tool for clearing rooms or objectives.
HYBRID OPTIC
Allows you to toggle between a Red Dot and an ACOG-equivalent scope.
IRON SIGHTS
Removes the scope of your Sniper Rifle and replace it with an Iron Sight.
LASER SIGHT
Works like the Steady Aim perk by increasing your hip fire accuracy; it also makes you more visible to other players due to the laser.
LONG BARREL
Increases your weapons range.
MILLIMETER SCANNER
When aiming down the sight, the MILLIMETER SCANNER scans heat signatures every few seconds and allows you to see enemies through materials up to 25 meters.
QUICKDRAW
Increases your aiming speed.
RAPID FIRE
Increases your weapons rate of fire by 20%.
REFLEX
Replaces your weapons iron sight with a precision Red Dot Sight.
SELECT FIRE
Allows you to switch to burst or automatic fire at anytime.
SUPPRESSOR
Makes your weapon quieter and reduces muzzle flash. It also prevents you from showing up on the enemy radar every time you shoot.
TACTICAL KNIFE
Carry a tactical knife in your off hand for faster melee attacks.
TARGET FINDER
Identifies enemies and highlights them in red.
VARIABLE ZOOM
Sniper Rifle scope that has multiple levels of zoom.
