Dtrovison LLC är ett företag som under varumärket PureLink™ tillverkar kopplingsprodukter för digitala A/V- och PC-system. Med anledning av att man introducerar HDC-serien, ett "integrerat" fiberoptiskt kabelsystem för överföring av elektriska HDMI-signaler (som klarar långa avstånd) så meddelar man följande:

 

We introduce the new HDC Series "Integrated" Fiber Optic Cable System, the world's most advanced, self-powered HDMI cable for long distance connections.

 

This new cable series is supported with lengths of 33, 66, and 100 feet to start and all three are in stock and ready to ship. These cables derive their power from one of the HDMI pins at the source so no AC adapter is required in most installations. However, we pack it with its own AC adapter just in case. The little black box on the cable houses the optical converter, providing all the data transfer functions with zero pixel loss or noise, in just a small space.
