Thank you for your question regarding our projectors on the European market, we are attaching a list of which products we will stop delivering within the EU with immediate effect, this also applies to Great Britain. We currently have no plans to return to the market with deliveries in the foreseeable future, however, you should be able to find your projector at retailers in your country, if they have any left in stock, these stocks will not be replenished, however. When it comes to service issues on already delivered projectors within this segment, we must refer to the retailer in the country you purchased the product, they are responsible for repair and service, however outside of Sony's organization when the warranty period has expired, the retailer can answer whether there are independent service workshops in each EU country

så var det med de ansvaret för reklamationer , iofs är det rätt, har man köpt en produkt i en butik i Sverige , finns bara 2 affärspartner , du som köpare och butiken som säljare , det finns butiker som hänvisar reklamationer till den fabrik som man är återförsäljare till , men så fungerar inte konsumenttjänstlagen i Sverige
